2. Brian Bennett
Brain Bennett has been one of the rising stars in international cricket from Zimbabwe. He had made quite a noise for his 97* against India in the T20 World Cup 2026. He has been excellent in all three formats for Zimbabwe. He has 1,990 runs in 61 T20Is with one century and 12 fifties, with a strike rate of 143.37 and the highest score of 111. Bennett has been in top form, so look out for him in the upcoming series.
1. Vaibhav Sooryavanshi
Vaibhav Sooryavanshi has been given a longer rope, given that the BCCI rested Sanju Samson for this series, ensuring Sooryavanshi opens the innings with Abhishek Sharma. Sooryavanshi’s much-hyped India debut in T20Is proved to be a dud as he struggled with short bowling, though he hit some attractive shots. Sooryavanshi will love to play in Zimbabwe, as the pitches suit his style of play, and expect him to gain confidence in this series.
