Chennai Super Kings unveils new jersey for IPL 2026 with new sponsors; Check out the price

Chennai Super Kings (CSK), five-time IPL champions, have revealed their 2026 Indian Premier League (IPL) shirt. The team led by Ruturaj Gaikwad, who is still wearing their signature yellow, has a new season and a fresh start.

Chennai Super Kings, led by Ruturaj Gaikwad and featuring the legendary MS Dhoni, had quite an eventful IPL 2026 auction, splurging more than 25 crores on two youngsters in Kartik Sharma and Prashant Veer. For the first time, CSK bid on youngsters instead of going for experienced campaigners, signaling a start to a new chapter in their IPL journey.

MS Dhoni, 45, confirmed that he will be playing for the CSK in IPL 2026, but the CSK CEO has indicated that the legend might not play in all of the games for the yellow army, and this could very well be his final season in the IPL.

Yesterday, the CSK social media team said that a new announcement is anticipated on Sunday at 7:07 AM IST. Naturally, MS Dhoni and CSK own the number seven. Their promotional film shows the dual joy of Dhoni joining the CSK team and a sneak peek at the new jersey. Ayush Mhatre, Sarfaraz Khan, and Captain Gaikwad were also featured in the video.

As usual, the iconic lion is displayed on the front of the new shirt. The conventional collar is still in use. On the other hand, the trap area's camouflage design has shifted to the front in the form of distinctive stripes. The five stars at the top of the CSK logo stand for Chennai's five IPL victories (2010, 2011, 2018, 2021, and 2023).

Along with giving supporters an official way to purchase the new uniform, CSK also released the exclusive jersey video. The official website of CSK, chennaisuperkings.com, allows fans to shop. The fan edition costs INR 1199, whereas the official CSK match shirt costs INR 2399. "Dhoni" will be written on the back of both jerseys.
