The Netherlands will be Namibia's opponent in their opening game of the ICC T20 World Cup 2026. The second week of the Group A games begins with the NED vs. NAM match. Before facing the reigning world champions, India, either of these sides will be up for a fierce rivalry. This will also be Namibia's first match on Indian soil.
The Netherlands will play their second game in the competition following a taxing match against Pakistan in the tournament opener in Colombo. In contrast, the Arun Jaitley Stadium will host Namibia's campaign opener. Before this, they participated in a few warm-up games, defeating India A handily in Bengaluru and winning the match against Scotland.

Arun Jaitley Stadium Pitch Report:
The Arun Jaitley Stadium in New Delhi, which has one of India's top batting surfaces, will host the Netherlands vs. Namibia match. One of the simplest tasks at this location is scoring. Although the average first innings score can exceed 180 runs, the dew factor makes scoring challenging in the second innings.
New Delhi Weather Forecast:
In the early spring, Delhi continues to boast the coolest temperatures in all of India. With temperatures ranging from 24 to 14 degrees day and night, the Netherlands will enjoy batting in these conditions. The weather will be ideal for players to go out and give it their all because there is no possibility of rain.
