The highest-ever wicket-taker in the history of the Indian Premier League, Yuzvendra Chahal is the best spinner of the tournament. He has been a clear match-winner for any team he has played in the tournament and can probably be the best player for Punjab this season.
He has played a total of 160 matches in his illustrious IPL career where he has scalped away 205 wickets, bowling with an economy of 7.84 with a strike rate of 17.17. He also has six four-wicket hauls in this journey.
Arshdeep Singh
Arshdeep Singh has been the most improved bowler in the Indian Premier League and the Indian team in the last few years. His impeccable bowling in the IPL brought him into the Indian team where he proved to play a key role in India’s T20 World Cup campaign.
He has taken away 76 wickets with an economy of 9.02 bowling in 65 matches of his IPL career so far for the Punjab Kings. He bowls difficult overs for the team and has been the death bowler the team needed.
