Probably the most consistent and impactful batter in the Indian Premier League 2025, Suryakumar Yadav, has been absolutely on fire. In every inning he has played so far, he has crossed the mark of 25 in each of them, making a world record of 14 consecutive innings.

He has been the third highest run scorer, collecting 640 runs under his belt with an average of 71.11 and an impeccable strike rate of 167. He has been one of the crucial reasons behind Mumbai’s success in the last few games and will definitely continue in the playoffs.

Jasprit Bumrah

On social media, Jasprit Bumrah has often been referred to as a “Cheat Code” bowler. This marks his worth as a bowler, where he just does not simply take wickets, he makes it quite impossible to score runs against him. Even when other bowlers are going for runs, he bowls away cheaply.

He missed some games at the start and hence has played only 10 games, where he has already taken 17 wickets with an outstanding economy of 6.33. It is also said that others tend to get wickets around him due to the pressure he creates on the other team.

Trent Boult

Trent Boult has been one of the most important bowlers for the Mumbai Indians and one of the highest wicket-takers of the season so far. He has scalped 19 wickets from 14 games with an average of 22.26 and an economy of 8.51. He finds himself third in the race for the Purple Cap currently.

Bowling in the powerplay at the top, he sets the tone for the team, and in most matches, he has been taking wickets right at the start.
