"Taking A Break": Nitish Rana Pauses Social Media Amid Wife's Pregnancy

In a heartfelt Instagram post, Indian cricketer Nitish Rana announced that he and his wife, Saachi Marwah, are getting ready to become parents. With the comment, "From stadiums to site visits, now onto our biggest project yet—two tiny teammates coming soon!" Rana shared a picture of their entwined hands resting on Marwah's growing baby bump a couple of months ago. Fans and other cricket players have showered the caption with congratulations, implying that twins are on the way. 

Rana has played for India in both Twenty20 and One-Day International matches. He was captain of the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) before joining the Rajasthan Royals for the 2025 season, making him a vital member of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Having played for Delhi in the past, he now captains the Uttar Pradesh cricket team at home. 

Via his official Instagram account, Rajasthan Royals player Nitish Rana revealed that he will be taking a vacation from social media. Rana is highly active on social media, sharing reels and photos on a regular basis. His abrupt declaration of his split could have been the result of several factors. 

Rana suggested a spiritual retreat in addition to his digital detox in a straightforward yet poignant statement titled "Taking A Break From Social Media," which he shared on his Instagram story early on June 7. The message included emojis of meditation and a trishool. Social media has been flooded with congratulations from fans and well-wishers, commemorating the couple's happy milestone.

She comes from a creative family and has used her skills to carve out a space for herself in the design field. Following a lengthy romance, the pair was married in 2019, and their most recent announcement ushers in a new era in their lives.
