To elaborate on the conversation between Gautam Gambhir and Kohli, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) recently released an interview with the two in which they discussed how their separate upbringings in Delhi had shaped who they are today and how they respected each other's paths.
India is set to commence the ten-Test series on Thursday, September 19, when they host a two-match home series against Bangladesh at the historic MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chepauk, Chennai. This will be the first-ever assignment where Kohli will be led by his former teammate from India.
