One of the many deadly fast bowlers that have represented Australia in the past is Brett Lee, who in his heyday used to terrorize the hitters. With 718 international wickets, Lee is Australia's third-highest wicket-taker. He is renowned for his sheer speed and ball-swinging skills. Lee is renowned for his amazing analysis of fast bowling and has continued to make an impact as a game analyst and pundit even after retiring.
Howard was sewn up right away and sent to the Royal Prince Alfred Hospital, which was roughly 200 meters from the location of the promotional shot. Lee stated that Howard will continue to broadcast the second Test match of the India-Australia series on Friday in spite of the event.
No one can ever take away a pacer's attitude and skill, even if Lee has been retired for more than 12 years. When Australian broadcaster Mark Howard faced the task of keeping up with Lee's bowling during a promotional event, he had to learn this lesson the hard way.
The ball flew directly into Howard's forehead, causing him to start bleeding, even though Howard may have been able to catch one of Lee's deliveries that bounced off the stumps. Even though the bizarre mishap caused the shoot to be postponed, Howard handled it like a pro and went on with the piece, stating that he was happy to have been struck by the renowned fast bowler.
