An enormous amount of buzz has been generated online by a social media video showing a young child bowling uncontrollably. Sushila Meena, a 12-year-old from an agricultural family, was spotted playing barefoot with other kids her own age while bowling left armovers in a Rajasthani village.
The 'Master Blaster' as he is commonly nicknamed, Sachin Tendulkar is well-known for encouraging indigenous talent in India. Sachin, who tweeted the video of the young Rajasthani bowler Sushila Meena on his X profile (previously Twitter), was so impressed by her bowling ability that he compared her action to that of former India pacer Zaheer Khan.
Sachin Tendulkar introduces Sushila Meena:
Smooth, effortless, and lovely to watch! Sushila Meena’s bowling action has shades of you, @ImZaheer.

Additionally, the young girl's famous high hop stride before bowling a ball left both cricket players in awe of her. Moreover, Sachin requested former Indian pacer and Mumbai Indians teammate Zaheer Khan for his opinion on Sushila Meena's bowling motion. In his quick reply to Sachin's tweet, the former bowler acknowledged Sushila's extraordinary talent. Following the global success of Sachin's post, Zaheer too turned to Instagram to reply by nodding. Sushila was even referred to as impressive and promising by the renowned pacer.
Throughout his international career, the left-arm pacer Zaheer Khan was an essential member of Team India. During his 309 appearances in international cricket, Zaheer managed to take 610 wickets. It's interesting to note that during their time with Team India, Sachin and Zaheer have been engaged in 24 situations where the former bowled and the latter was dismissed.
This is not the first time Sachin has posted a local player's footage. He had previously actively pushed Amir Hussain, a para-cricketer from Jammu and Kashmir. Sachin was very pleased by Amir's passion and commitment to playing for his country, despite the fact that he is an armless cricket player.
