WPL 2025: Full list of matches in Vadodara in the Women’s Premier League

The Women's Premier League (WPL) third season schedule, which begins on February 14, was just made public by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI). Four cities have been selected to host the tournament: Vadodara, Bengaluru, Lucknow, and Mumbai.

Vadodara would host the tournament's first round, Bengaluru and Lucknow would host its middle and final stages, respectively, while Mumbai would host the tournament's latter stages, which would include the elimination stages and finals.

The first six matches of the tournament are being held at the Kotambi Stadium in Vadodara. The newly built stadium in Vadodara is hosting the second most number of matches among all these four venues. 

Even though the stadium is located in Vadodara, Gujarat, this stadium might not give the home-ground advantage to the Gujarat Giants Women as Ahmedabad might be their original home ground and this is a completely fresh ground and pitch that no teams are already exposed to.

The inaugural match of the season is going to be played here on February 14 between the defending champions of the tournament, Royal Challenger’s Bangalore Women and Gujarat Giants Women.

The second match is going to be a high-voltage drama as the two of the probable contenders of the championship will be going head to head against each other. Delhi Capitals Women and Mumbai Indians Women will play against each other on February 15.

Match 3 of WPL will be played between two teams who are looking for a turn-around in their performance in the tournament. Gujarat Giants Women and UP Warriorz Women will fight against each other on February 16.

Match 4 of WPL Season 3 is then planned to be played on Monday, February 17 between Royal Challengers Bangalore Women and Delhi Capitals Women. The 5th match of the season is then going to be played between Mumbai Indians Women and Gujarat Giants Women on February 18.

The last match then to be hosted by the Kotambi Ground in Vadodara will be played between Delhi Capitals Women and UP Warriorz Women in the sixth match of the tournament on February 19.
