BIG BREAKING! Alok Nath, Shreyas Talpade Booked for Cheating; FIR Filed

An FIR for defrauding and criminal breach of trust was filed on January 22 at the Murthal police station in Haryana, naming Bollywood actors Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath. According to the FIR filed on January 22, both Shreyas and Alok were among the 13 accused who were charged with breach of trust, defrauding, and deceptive property transfer under Sections 316(2), 318(2), and 318(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita. 

Ajeet Singh, additional commissioner of police (ACP), Murthal quotes, “The main complaint is against the society accused of duping people by luring them to invest. We will investigate any role ascribed to Shreyas Talpade and Alok Nath." Vipul Antil, a resident of Sonipat, claimed in his complaint that from September 16, 2016, the Human Welfare Credit Cooperative Society, which was registered in Indore under the Multi-State Cooperative Society Act, 2002, has operated in several states, including Haryana.

Alok Nath, Shreyas Talpade in legal trouble:

The Multi-State Cooperative Society Act of 2002 is the law under which the society is registered. Since September 16, 2016, it has been operating in a number of states, including Haryana. Despite the society's seeming legitimacy, its dishonest behaviour has sparked worries. To determine how much Talpade and Nath are involved in the situation, investigations are being conducted.

He also claimed that the organization offered excellent returns when it implemented fixed deposit (FD) and recurring deposit (RD) plans. However, according to reports, it used a multi-level marketing strategy and paid agents handsomely to attract new investors. According to the complaint, the society promised investors that their money was safe and that they would get their maturity payments on time.

On the professional front, Shreyas Talpade most recently starred in Emergency, directed by Kangana Ranaut. In the film, which was set during India's 1975–1977 Emergency, Talpade played a crucial part. Alok Nath, on the other hand, has made more than 300 film appearances since his 1982 debut.
