Now, Bigg Boss 18's next episode promises a thrilling and surprising turn! Vivian Dsena's spouse, Nouran Aly, came on the show to offer her input. She questioned his relationship with Karan Veer Mehra and revealed to him the tactics of Eisha Singh and Avinash Mishra. The creators recently unveiled a new teaser in which Vivian Dsena nominated Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 champion and gave him a reality check on their relationship. 

Karanveer Mehra and Vivian had been friends for a long time, however their friendship was severed during the Bigg Boss 18 house. In this house, they have been in opposition to one another. Following Salman Khan's criticism of his wife Vivian, Nouran Aly appeared on the television to help her husband realize that he must advocate for himself. The Madhubala actor takes Karan's name in the nominating task as the advertising clip begins. Dsena backs up his argument by saying, "Main clear kar deta hun. Main tera dost nahi hun. Small talk no big talk. Only mudde ka talk (Let me make it clear. I am not your friend. Small talk, no big talk. Only discussion on important matters)."
