"How naked I am..." Nia Sharma on Bigg Boss 18 controversy

Within a week of its premiere on Sunday, Bigg Boss 18 has garnered a lot of interest. Salman Khan is the host, and fans are already engrossed in the drama taking place within the home. Contestants this year include Shilpa Shirodkar, Chaahat Pandey, Karanveer Mehra, and Vivian Dsena, among many others. But the announcement that Nia Sharma will be appearing on the reality show first thrilled the crowd.

Nia Sharma was revealed by host Rohit Shetty as the first participant of Bigg Boss 18 during the Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 finale. Nia did, however, disclose that she was not a member of Salman Khan's show when it debuted. She received a lot of backlash for her "publicity" efforts. Nia had previously claimed that the channel had requested that she follow suit.

The actress from Ek Hazaron Mein Meri Behna has now opened up about the entire Big Boss 18 scandal in an interview. Nia Sharma disclosed to an entertainment portal that she was requested to complete the task by the Colors channel. It was only revealed to her in the nick of time. The actress intended to pursue a merger with Laughter Chefs. But the show was cancelled a few days later.

The actress confessed, "So eventually, when I was supposed to go and I wasn't supposed to go, the whole thing was to create a buzz, and I think they succeeded very well." In addition, despite her apology to her fans, Nia Sharma told Pinkvilla about the mistreatment she is receiving in this entertainment news. The actress doesn't mind because she sees it as a well-deserved compliment and a breath of fresh air for herself.

Nia added, "Other than that, it's all about my clothes; how I dress up, how naked I am all the time about my cleavage. We should have gone on from there, and I believe that a lot has changed since Laughter Chefs."
