Dipika Kakar, a well-known television actress, is presently featured on Celebrity Masterchef. Dipika, who is well-known for her acting skills, has been in the news lately because of a dispute involving her former worker. In a public statement, her former employee discussed her time working with Dipika and the challenges she encountered. In 2024, Dipika established her apparel line and engaged Saniya as a designer.
She first worked with the Delhi-born actress before moving to Mumbai to collaborate with her. In addition, the actress asked her to form a team and gave her a spot at her mother's house. Saniya said in her video that the actress dismissed her because she won Celebrity MasterChef.
Saniya claimed in her YouTube video that Dipika Kakar sacked her on the tenth day because she wasn't working. The actress allegedly told her that she wasn't proactive and didn't search outside the house for Karigars. Saniya suffered a breakdown as a result of panic.

She later texted Dipika to ask her to give it another go. Dipika replied that she wasn't forcing her to leave because of her errors. Saniya posted a screen grab of Dipika's message, revealing that the actress had landed a new show and was going to stop working with her label.
Saniya broke down in tears as she acknowledged that she was both terrified and overwhelmed. She made an effort to relax that evening and messaged Dipika to request another chance. Later on, however, Dipika disclosed the real reason behind her departure request. Saniya posted a screenshot of Dipika's message and stated that she had received an offer for a show and intended to stop working for her label. Dipika claimed she was unable to pay her high wage.
Saniya also disclosed that she had urged the actress to come up and talk about the situation after receiving this message, but Dipika had turned her down. Another screenshot of Dipika's communication, in which the diva expressed regret and disclosed that she was unable to keep her, was shared by the designer. Dipika went on to say that she was unaware that such a situation would occur. Dipika asked Saniya whether she wanted to work with her as a freelancer and if she should purchase her return tickets.
