Chhaava Movie Cast Fees Revealed! Vicky Kaushal's Earned More Than Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna?

Chhaava, starring Vicky Kaushal, is ready to take over theatres on February 14 and is making all the proper noises to indicate that it will have a successful opening weekend. The historical drama's main actors have put in a lot of effort, but they have also been realistic with their pay, which hasn't affected the budget!

Although the film's claimed budget is 130 crore, the key actors' salaries only account for 13–14% of the total expenditure. It's obvious that everyone, from Vicky Kaushal to Rashmika Mandanna, has kept their pay under check and directed the funds toward the film's production!

The story revolves around the brave son of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Chhatrapati Sambhaji Maharaj, and his path of bravery, selflessness, and legacy. Vicky Kaushal starred in the film, which opened in theatres Thursday. Rashmika Mandanna, Akshaye Khanna, Ashutosh Rana, Divya Dutta, and others play important parts in Chhaava.

1. Vicky Kaushal:

According to reports, Vicky Kaushal, who plays Sambhaji Maharaj, has demanded Rs 10 crore for the movie. 'Uri: The Surgical Strike', his hit movie, was 2 crore more expensive. This is equivalent to the actor's final compensation for his last biopic, Sam Bahadur, and it represents about 7% of the whole reported budget!

2. Rashmika Mandanna:

Rashmika Mandanna, played Sambhaji Maharaj's wife, Yesubai Bhonsale. According to reports, she demanded an outrageous Rs 4 crore for her work. For Sandeep Reddy Vanga's film, she charged the same amount.

3. Akshaye Khanna:

Since his last appearance in Drishyam 2, Akshaye Khanna has taken a wage cut for Chhaava! The actor received 2 crores for portraying the adversary in Chhaava, but he received 2.5 crores for Drishyam 2. It's interesting to note that Vicky Kaushal received five times the salary of Akshaye in their next movie, whilst Ajay Devgn received twelve times the salary in Drishyam 2.

4. Ashutosh Rana:

 A remarkable Rs 80 lakhs has been acquired by Ashutosh Rana, who played the role of Sarsenapati Hambirao Mohite, a significant military figure.

5. Divya Dutta:

 For the role she played in the movie, Divya Dutta received a payment of Rs 45 lakhs. She portrayed Sambhaji Maharaj's stepmother, Soyarabai.

On the first day of the release, fans are shown reacting in a variety of ways. Vicky and Akshaye's faultless performances in the movie have received nothing but praise from those who have seen the early screenings. For those who are not familiar, Maddock Films is the producer and Laxman Utekar is the director of the historical drama.
