According to PTI, the alleged late delivery of real estate projects is the subject of the PMLA probe. Kancharla Satish Chandra Gupta, the owner of Sai Surya Developers, is being investigated by the police for allegedly failing to deliver on a project called "Green Meadows." The project's brand ambassador was Mahesh Babu. According to sources quoted by PTI, the actor may not have been involved in the scam and is not currently being looked into as an accused.
The inquiry began when Telangana police filed formal complaints (FIRs) against notable individuals, including K Sathish Chandra Gupta, the owner of Sai Surya Developers, and Narendra Surana, the director of Bhagyanagar Properties Ltd. Regarding his career, Mahesh Babu will start the third schedule of filming for his upcoming movie, SSMB29, which is overseen by SS Rajamouli. According to sources, Mahesh Babu will film a high-octane action scene as part of the new schedule.
According to reports, the ship scenario is a component of a massive chase scene in the next movie. A large-scale green-mat studio in Hyderabad will be used to film the episode on a ship and a boat. The use of VFX will elevate this to a new level.
