During the 1990s, Udit Narayan was a popular singer. His voice makes everyone fall in love, and he has a large fan base. However, he has been trolled for a video that went viral on social media, which shows him singing Tip Tip Barsa Paani. Following the performance, a number of female fans approached him to take selfies, and as soon as they got close, Udit began kissing them on the lips and cheeks.
The 69-year-old musician has been the target of hurtful remarks. The musician has responded to the trolling that has been directed at him because of this video. In an interview with Hindustan Times, he claimed that certain supporters are insane. He claimed that they are all good individuals and that he is not like this.
Udit Narayan is NOT Apologetic:
The iconic singer's action sparked a lot of social media anger. One internet user expressed his disbelief at what he saw and his desire for it to be an artificial intelligence (AI)-generated video. Another user said that Udit Narayan's inappropriate behaviour toward women has completely damaged his legacy.
Udit Narayan has responded to the Times of India trolls as the fury persists. He said, “There is a deep, pure, and unbreakable bond between me and my fans. What you saw in that scandalous video is a manifestation of love between me and my fans. If you see something dirty in an act of pure affection, then I feel sorry for them. I am not at all ashamed or apologetic. Why did these clips suddenly resurface months after the live show happened in the US? I doubt it’s a malicious attempt to ruin my reputation. I want to tell my haters that I will only rise no matter how hard they try to pull me down."
In films such as Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak, Rangeela, Pukar, Dhadkan, Lagaan, Devdas, Veer-Zaara, Student of the Year, and others, Udit Narayan has performed a number of songs.
