Kiara Advani Hospitalised in Mumbai, Ram Charan Continues 'Game Changer' Promotion?

The actress was supposed to attend a promotional event for her upcoming film Game Changer in the city today, but she was noticeably absent. According to reports, Kiara was admitted to the hospital early this morning. The reason for her hospitalisation, however, remained unknown. And now her spokeswoman has clarified the situation. She was merely instructed to rest. We hear she has been working on various projects all the time and has been feeling sick as a result. 

The spokesperson said, “Kiara Advani has not been hospitalised, she’s been advised to rest due to exertion as she’s been working not-stop." Earlier, during the trailer launch and press conference set for Saturday, the emcee informed that Kiara would be unable to attend due to her hospitalization. Only Ram Charan, the male lead of Game Changer, was present. No more information about the cause of her sickness was provided.

Ram Charan and Kiara Advani's highly anticipated thriller Game Changer is due to enter theatres this month. Shankar directed the political drama, which has generated a lot of hype among fans. The picture has now finished its censorship formalities, with a few changes. According to recent reports, the censor board required two substantial adjustments, as well as reducing some of the songs. The official release date for Game Changer is January 10, 2025.

According to 123Telugu, the CBFC has granted Game Changer a U/A certificate, with a projected runtime of two hours and 45 minutes. However, several unanticipated arguments have piqued the viewers' interest. While one of the issues is over the film's title since the board has urged the makers to show it in Telugu as well as English, another significant issue is the removal of the honorary prefix "Padma Shri" before Brahmanandam's name.

Kiara was recently seen in SatyaPrem Ki Katha, alongside Kartik Aaryan as the male lead. Kiara received numerous honours for her role in the film. Kiara's schedule for the coming years is packed with outstanding content and sequels to big flicks. Aside from Game Changer, she will next appear in War 2 with Hrithik Roshan, Don 3 with Ranveer Singh, and Maddock's horror-comedy universe's Shakti Shalini. She is also apparently playing an important role in Toxic alongside Yash.
