Sankranti Special: Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal In Festive Mood at Bhoot Bangla Sets - Watch!

Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal celebrated Makar Sankranti while filming Bhooth Bangla, their next movie. Fans loved to see their favourite two actors reunite on the sets.

In preparation for the forthcoming horror-comedy Bhooth Bangla, Akshay Kumar and Paresh Rawal have reteamed. On the set of their next movie, the pair was spotted enjoying Makar Sankranti and flying a kite. Their excellent chemistry is demonstrated both on and off the screen in the video, as Akshay is seen handling the kite's rope as Paresh assists.

Akshay Kumar captioned the post, "Celebrating the vibrant spirit of Makar Sankranti on the set of #BhoothBangla with my dear friend @pareshrawalofficial! Here's to laughter, good vibes, and soaring high just like the kites! And sending my best wishes for a joyous Pongal, Uttarayan, and Bihu." 

Paresh Rawal sported a white kurta-pyjama with a black Nehru jacket, while Akshay Kumar looked dashing in a black hoodie and matching slacks. Paresh Rawal was observed helping Akshay when he was occupied with flying the kite.

Following their unforgettable collaborations in movies like Hera Pheri, OMG, and Garam Masala, fans of the legendary combo were ecstatic to see them again once more. The behind-the-scenes video further heightened the anticipation for their new horror-comedy movie, and their on-screen chemistry has always been a smash. The pair's playful on-set encounter added to the excitement for the movie's release by reminding viewers why they are so popular together.

After 14 years since their last film, Khatta Meetha, Akshay Kumar and Priyadarshan are working together again in Bhooth Bangla. Famous movies like Garam Masala, Hera Pheri, Bhagam Bhag, Bhool Bhulaiyaa, and De Dana Dan have been produced by the pair.

Produced by Shobha Kapoor and Ektaa R Kapoor's Balaji Telefilms in collaboration with Akshay Kumar's Cape of Good Films, the horror-comedy also features Paresh Rawal. Vedant Baali and Faara Sheikh are co-producers. On April 2, 2026, the movie is scheduled to open in theaters.
