2023 saw Shah Rukh Khan dominate the box office with his films Jawan, Dunki, and Pathaan. The superstar's admirers have been wondering what's next for him for a while now. Rumours have been circulating for a while now that the actor had signed on to star in Sujoy Ghosh's King film. Now, we have got our hands on some juicy insider updates of SRK's line-up.
According to a leading media daily, Shah Rukh Khan is reportedly reading a lot of scripts to decide what his next project will be. The actor is in negotiations with producer Dinesh Vijan and director Amar Kaushik. A source informed, "Shah Rukh Khan has met almost every filmmaker in the last few months and heard their ideas for him. However, he was not very enthused by anything. Shah Rukh Khan is now in negotiations with Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan's Stree 2 makers."

The source goes on to say that Stree Universe will not feature Amar Kaushik and Dinesh Vijan's movie starring Shah Rukh Khan. They have had a few meetings, but the celebrity has not yet made a choice. Aside from the Maddock movie, SRK is also in constant communication with Raj and DK on their comedic action thriller because he has a connection to the material and wants to work with them on a movie, albeit one that could need some tweaking to fix certain issues. Talking about King, the film will begin production in January 2025 and be finished by mid-2025. Floors for Pathaan 2 will open by the end of 2025 or the beginning of 2026. By the end of this year, the superstar will answer calls about his exciting adventure with Amar and Dino.
