Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah: Asid Modi to Bring Back Dayaben for good?

The most popular comedic television program is Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. It has a sizable fan base, and the disputes that have occurred have been the subject of much discussion. The most adored characters are Jethalal and Dayaben. Disha Vakani and Dilip Joshi made it the most popular. For a while now, Dayaben has been absent from Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah. 

The iconic heroine from Asit Modi's show, played by Disha Vakani, took maternity leave in 2017 and hasn't been back since. Her return to the show is eagerly anticipated by all. People don't want to see another actress like Daya since she has been so wonderful. According to Asit Kumar Modi, he has been attempting to win her back.

The producer has already announced that Disha Vakani will not reprise her role as Daya in Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah in an interview with News 18 ShowSha. Disha Vakani will not be returning to the show, despite Asit Modi's repeated statements that he is doing everything in his power to get Dayaben back. He remarked that since he also misses Dayaben, it is crucial to bring her back. He mentioned that occasionally events occur and are postponed due to changes in circumstances.

He claimed that it was postponed because of the 2024 elections, the IPL, World Cup matches, and the wet season. He went on to say that despite his best efforts, Disha Vakani is unable to return because she has two children. While talking to News18, Asit Modi stated, “It is very important to bring back Dayaben because I also miss her. Sometimes circumstances change in such a way that certain things happen and it gets delayed. Sometimes the story gets prolonged. Sometimes some big events come. There were elections in 2024, there was IPL and then the World Cup matches, the rainy season. It gets delayed because of some reasons."

Asit Modi said in closing that they will organize a "grand" welcome for Dayaben and disclosed that the beloved character's auditions are already taking place.
