In a startling development, singer Sonu Kakkar has broken off all contact with her siblings Tony and Neha Kakkar. Sonu shared the news on her social media accounts. The singer has not disclosed the rationale for this choice. Numerous people responded to her social media post.
She posted on X (formerly Twitter) on Saturday night, stating that she was "devastated" to let her admirers know that she was no longer their sister. She went on to say that her choice is the result of intense emotional suffering. Everyone was astonished by her post. Many internet users, meantime, conjectured as to whether this was a real fallout or something connected to their next project. Sonu Kakkar removed this tweet a few hours after it was posted. We're curious as to what went wrong and why she quickly removed the tweet. Neither Tony Kakkar nor Neha Kakkar have responded to the news as of yet.

Days after singer Amaal Malik revealed his family conflict, Sonu Kakkar made his statement. The 34-year-old composer of music disclosed his ongoing battles with clinical depression and his increasing distance from his family. He disclosed that he and his brother, singer Armaan Malik, had grown apart because of their parents, Daboo Mallik and Jyoti Mallik.
Sonu's choice to break off her relationship with her siblings follows composer-singer Amaal Mallik's decision to do the same a few days prior. Amaal wrote, "I’ve reached a point where I can no longer keep silent about the pain I’ve endured. For years, I’ve been made to feel like I am less in spite of spending days and nights toiling away to make a safe life for people. Cancelled every dream of mine to only find myself to be spoke down to and question what I’ve ever done. I have spent my blood, sweat & tears to create each of the 126 melodies that have released over the last decade."
