The ISL 2024–25 season is scheduled to begin on September 13, 2024, with a fierce match between Mumbai City and Mohan Bagan, the winners of the previous season. For devoted football fans throughout India, the Indian Super League is readily comparable to the Indian Premier League in terms of both model and national obsession.
Similar to the IPL, the ISL is well regarded for both its social media teasers and marketing initiatives. This time, the commercial includes a mix of former and present football players, a few Olympians who competed for the country in the just-ended Olympics in Paris, and a few Bollywood celebrities who own the teams that are taking part.
ISL is back with a bang:
In separate endorsement portions, the campaign also features current Indian talents Suryakumar Yadav and Jasprit Bumrah, as well as former India head coach Ravi Shastri. The trailer's whole concept revolved around speculation over who Indian football's next big star would be, based on the opinions of former giants Sunil Chhetri and Bhaichung Bhutia. The commercial is becoming more and more well-known by the minute for both its inventiveness and the casting of numerous well-known figures.
Aakhir bina dekhe pata kaise chalega, #AglaHeroKaun? 😏

It's interesting to note that this is not the first time Indian cricket players have appeared alongside football players in an advertisement. In 2012, the Pepsi television commercial that quickly gained popularity among digital users featured former Chelsea Football Club icons Frank Lampard, Didier Drogba, and Fernando Torres alongside stars of Indian cricket, MS Dhoni, Virat Kohli, Harbhajan Singh, and Suresh Raina.
