During one of Royal Challengers Bengaluru's (RCB) practice sessions prior to their debut match against Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) in the Indian Premier League (IPL 2025) at the storied Eden Gardens on Saturday, March 22, the famous Virat Kohli was spotted taking part in a talent test.

In front of his colleagues, the former captain of India and the RCB skillfully juggled the ball off his bat. The franchise shared the footage on their social media accounts. During a practice session in Kolkata during the build-up, former RCB captain Virat Kohli displayed a special talent. On their official X account, RCB posted a video of Kohli skillfully juggling and controlling a ball with his bat. The video became viral very fast.

In the RCB nets on Thursday, March 20, Kohli was spotted taking on seasoned seamers Josh Hazlewood and Bhuvneshwar Kumar. Despite appearing at ease against Hazlewood, Bhuvneshwar's swing caused him some difficulties. Kohli attempted to resist the movement by reaching the ball's pitch with his feet. He did, however, occasionally miss the line.

Virat Kohli dazzles fans:

During the vent, he addressed the fans, saying, "The guy who is going to come next is the guy who is going to lead you for a long time. So, give him all the love you can. He's an amazing talent and a great player as we have all seen that. He also has a great head on his shoulders and he will do a great job and take this amazing franchise forward. He has got everything that's required."

With appearances by Shreya Ghoshal and Disha Patani scheduled, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has done all possible to make the IPL 2025 opening ceremony a glamorous event. Following the performances, the competition will begin with a match between bitter rivals KKR and RCB.

But there's a good risk that the weather will ruin the match. From Thursday through Sunday, South Bengal is expected to see rain and thunderstorms, according to the Indian Meteorological Department (IMD). An Orange Alert was issued on the day of the incident, and a Yellow Alert was issued the day after.
