In the third and final match of the series on Sunday, Australia thrashed the world champions by 185 runs as captain Alyssa Healy waved farewell to ODI cricket with a spectacular 158. The 35-year-old Healy's 158 and Beth Mooney's undefeated 106 helped Australia to a massive 409 for seven after being called to bat, making it a fairytale ODI farewell.

The first blood for India came from Kashvee Gautam, who sent Phoebe Litchfield back in the hut in the sixth over after Harmanpreet Kaur won the toss and chose to bowl first. But Georgia Voll and Alyssa Healy worked together to put out a 104-run partnership. Beth Mooney joined her captain after Voll left for a 52-ball 62, and the two of them amassed 145 runs off 92 deliveries. Australia scored a massive 409/7 thanks to Healy's 158 off 98 balls and Mooney's undefeated 106 off 84 deliveries.

As attention turns to the one-time day-night Test match in Perth, the coloured attire suddenly gives place to white. With Alyssa Healy scheduled to make her final international appearance, the event has additional significance. The WACA event is sure to be unforgettable. India's goal will be to end the series on an even playing field. The first ball of the four-day match in Perth is set for 10.50 am IST (5.20 am GMT) on Friday, March 6. Then, we look forward to your company. Cheers!

In this one-sided match, there are no rewards for correctly identifying the Player of the Match. Healy's 98-ball 158 earned her the prize. When she was out, Australia still had 13.3 overs left to bat in the first innings, thus she was well on her way to a double century. Even so, Healy would be confident going into the final Test match of her playing career.
