In the forthcoming second ODI against Pakistan, the West Indies would prefer to make the most of the home conditions and win. In the T20I series against Australia and Pakistan, respectively, the Men in Maroon showed glimmers of strong white-ball cricket form.
Despite losing eight of the nine games, the home team had a few moments of confidence that helped them win the ODI series against Pakistan. Brandon King and Evin Lewis, who are both making a comeback after missing the previous few games, will begin batting for the Windies, who want to start strong. In light of the team's prospects of qualifying directly for the 2027 ODI World Cup, Lewis and King would also like to perform well individually.
