The renowned Guyana National Stadium in Providence will host the Global Super League in Guyana from July 10–18. The Central Stags (New Zealand, Super Smash champions), Dubai Capitals (United Arab Emirates, ILT20 champions), Guyana Amazon Warriors (West Indies, 2024 Caribbean Premier League finalists), Hobart Hurricanes (Australia, Big Bash League champions), and Rangpur Riders (Bangladesh, defending GSL champions) are the five dominant teams from around the cricket world that will compete in this year's GSL.
The West Indies Cricket Board is responsible for organising the Global Super League, the top independent cricket competition in South America. The league, which features four foreign T20 teams and the Guyana Amazon Warriors, has a USD 1 million prize fund. The top two teams from each of the four group-stage matches advance to the final.
