In the third Test of the Border-Gavaskar Trophy, Australia defeated India in Brisbane thanks to an incredible 152 from Travis Head. Australia went from 75/3 to 326/4 because to the excellent backing of Steve Smith, who scored a strong century himself. Jasprit Bumrah, a pace talisman who took five of the seven wickets, was India's lone bright spot.
In the first session, he grabbed openers Nathan McSweeney and Usman Khawaja. Later, he hit with the second new ball to get Mitchell Marsh, Smith, and Head. Australia passed 400 thanks to a late 44 from Alex Carey, which gave them the lead going into Day 3.
IND vs AUS Highlights:
Travis Head (152 off 160) and Steve Smith (101 off 190) performed as best they could. Head was tearing up the bowlers while Smith was being measured. Together, they scored a commanding 241 runs in about 50 overs. After that, Bumrah delivered another flurry of wickets, dismissing Mitchell Marsh and the centurions in four overs.

In this time frame, no one has more against a single opponent than Fakhar Zaman versus New Zealand. Steve Smith, meanwhile, passed Steve Waugh with his 33rd Test century, and now has the second-most Test hundreds for Australia, after Ricky Ponting's 41.
With his eighth Test five-wicket haul in SENA (South Africa, England, New Zealand, and Australia) nations, Jasprit Bumrah surpassed Kapil Dev's seven to become the Indian player with the most Test fifers in SENA. Moreover, he got tied Imran Khan for third place on the list of Asian players with the most fifers in Test cricket. Wasim Akram (11) and Muttiah Muralitharan (10) are the only ones with more.
