After the hosts defeated Bangladesh by a commanding 133 runs in the third and final Twenty20 International match played in Hyderabad, India's all-around player Hardik Pandya was named Player of the Series on Saturday. India completed a 3-0 series rout with the win. Throughout the series, Hardik was outstanding all around. He amassed 118 runs at 222.64, claimed a wicket, and made that incredible catch in Delhi during the second Twenty20 International.

While in the India white-ball lineup, Hardik Pandya captured the hearts of fans on social media with his elegant ballboy gesture during the series. The video, which went viral on social media on Saturday, shows Hardik, who is stationed at the boundary line, assisting a ballboy in taking a picture with him. However, it doesn't specify which game it is from. The ballboy, who sat on the ground near the boundary rope, made an unsuccessful initial effort at taking a selfie. Hardik was observed assisting him on his subsequent attempt.

Hardik praised head coach Gautam Gambhir and skipper Suryakumar for fostering a positive environment in the Indian locker room, which was a major factor in the team's resounding victory over Bangladesh in the T20I series.
