The second Twenty20 International of the current series pits India against Bangladesh. On Wednesday, October 9, both teams faced off at the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi. Team India was put to bat first in the match. For Nitish Kumar Reddy, it turned out to be a memorable day in the first innings.
Reddy made his presence known as he batted in the middle order and impressed everyone right away. Reddy twice put Bangladesh's Rishad Hossain back to the cleaners in the tenth over of the opening innings.

Nitish Reddy scored his first half-century in international cricket after hitting the spinner for two straight sixes on the third and fourth balls of the over. Additionally, the video of him hitting two consecutive sixes against Rishad has become popular on social media.
In the current second Twenty20 International of the series against Bangladesh, Nitish Kumar Reddy went on to play a fantastic innings. The great batsman disrupted the visiting team's bowling attack by standing at the crease. In the 14th over of the first innings, Mustafizur Rahman dismissed him with 74 runs in 34 deliveries, bringing an end to his innings.
Reddy made sure to take use of his opportunity with team India after making an impressive showing in the Indian Premier League (IPL). His hit was crucial in assisting the home team in putting a large first-inning total on the board.
It should be noted that India has already won the first Twenty20 International of the current series; the match took place in Gwalior. The Men in Blue will secure the series if they defeat Bangladesh in the second Twenty20 International.
