As he prepares for the impending two-match Test series against Bangladesh, Indian captain Rohit Sharma is going beyond and above. But as the captain recently shared on social media, even in the middle of all the exhausting exercises, there's always time for a little fun.

Recently, Rohit posted a video of his rigorous exercise routine on social media. In the video, the opener is shown working out hard to strengthen her core and increase her endurance. What distinguishes Rohit, though, is his capacity to strike a balance between his demanding schedule. The opener said that although he spends 99% of his time working out hard, he treasures the 1% of his time that he gets to spend having fun with close friends.

Rohit Sharma's workout gets interesting:

MA Chidambaram Stadium in Chennai will host the first Test of the two-match series on September 19, with the second Test scheduled for September 27 at Kanpur's Green Park Stadium. After being granted exemption from the ongoing Duleep Trophy by the Board of Cricket in India, Rohit is also making use of the recently refurbished gym at the Mumbai Cricket Association offices.

In August, Rohit made his final appearance on the field during India's three-match ODI series against Sri Lanka. Despite the team losing the series, Rohit played well in every game. The team for the first Test of the forthcoming series was just revealed by the board, and it includes a few new players along with some well-known faces returning.

India's team to play Bangladesh in the first Test:

Axar Patel, Mohammed Siraj, Akash Deep, Jasprit Bumrah, Yash Dayal, R Ashwin, Ravindra Jadeja, Kuldeep Yadav, Shubman Gill, Virat Kohli, KL Rahul, Sarfaraz Khan, Rishabh Pant (WK), Dhruv Jurel (WK), and Rohit Sharma (C).
