Bigg Boss 19: Pahalgam Victim's Wife Himanshi Narwal to Enter Salman Khan's Reality Show?

As Bigg Boss Season 19 prepares for its August 24, 2025, grand premiere on Colors TV, the excitement surrounding the program is growing. A fresh name has made waves among the frenzied speculation regarding the celebrity lineup: Himanshi Narwal, the wife of a victim of a terror assault in Pahalgam and a former college classmate of Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner Elvish Yadav.

Himanshi gained notoriety earlier this year after her husband, Navy officer Vinay Narwal, was killed on April 22, 2025, in a terrorist assault in Pahalgam, Kashmir. The incident happened when the couple was on their honeymoon. On social media, pictures of Himanshi grieving next to her spouse went viral.

The producers of Salman Khan's reality show are thinking of bringing Himanshi on board because they think her story will have a profound impact on viewers, according to a report in Telly Chakkar. There were talks to bring Himanshi Narwal on board for Bigg Boss 19 because the outlet was informed by a source that “Makers want to rope in a few people who would connect with the viewers instantly, and thus there were discussions to get Himanshi Narwal on board for Bigg Boss 19. However, there’s no confirmation regarding the same."

In contrast, a number of social media accounts assert that Himanshi has not been contacted and will not be appearing on the show. Later, in one of his vlogs, Elvish Yadav disclosed that Himanshi was a classmate. He said, “I passed out in 2018, and since then, we have not spoken at all. Gurgaon, Delhi, is my city. We used to enjoy so much… we used to go to the metro station together. I had her number, but I did not call her because no one can pick up your phone at that time and tell you."

Other names apparently in negotiations for Bigg Boss 19 include Shailesh Lodha, Gurucharan Singh, Munmun Dutta, Lataa Saberwal, Faisal Shaikh (Mr. Faisu), Jannat Zubair, Purav Jha, Apoorva Mukhija, and more; however, Himanshi's involvement is still unclear.
