Border 2 OTT Release: Where and When to Watch Sunny Deol's Action War on OTT?

On January 22, 2026, Sunny Deol's film Border 2 debuted in Indian theatres, shattering Dhurandhar's BO Day 1 record. The Indo-Pak war drama is currently the second-biggest pre-Republic Day release, earning nearly 30 crores on its first day at the box office.

The picture, which is a follow-up to the classic 1997 film Border, has been overwhelmingly well-received by early audiences. Netflix will stream Border 2 after its theatrical run. However, the creators have not yet disclosed the official OTT release date.
Depending on how well it does at the box office and how long it runs in theatres, it might premiere on streaming services in March or April of 2026.

Border 2 OTT Release Revealed?

In addition to Ahan Shetty, Sunny Deol, Diljeet Dosanjh, and Varun Dhawan play major parts in the film. Anurag Singh, the renowned director of Kesari (2019), oversaw the film, which covered all three Indian Army divisions—military, navy, and air force—and provided a more comprehensive view of the 1971 conflict between India and Pakistan.

Nidhi Dutta, the daughter of original Border director JP Dutta, has endorsed Sunny Deol's film. Based on current patterns, the film may set several box office records. The 1971 India-Pakistan War included the Battle of Longewala. The goal of the large-scale patriotic drama sequel is to return to the tone and military emphasis that made the first one a cult favourite. Mona Singh, Sonam Bajwa, and Anya Singh play important roles in this film, which is directed by Anurag Singh and produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishan Kumar, J.P. Dutta, and Nidhi Dutta.
