Kendall strikes a fairly innocent posture at first, sitting on the side of a bed and glaring at the camera behind her. But wait—there's more! A bare bottom photograph of the model lying on a bed, entirely nude, is later included in the carousel of photos. As if that weren't enough, she shows us a close-up of her rearview.
