The rumours that Main Hoon Na will return with a sequel have intensified. After finishing King, Shah Rukh Khan is anticipated to receive the complete script for the upcoming movie. The industry rumour claims that the sequel is one of the most likely choices for his upcoming release. If verified, it will be his long-awaited return with Farah Khan.

Industry rumours suggest that Main Hoon Na 2 may finally be coming together as Farah Khan has been working on a new idea that reunites Shah Rukh Khan with her directing world. After Farah alluded to her return to directing with a Shah Rukh Khan movie, fan discussions erupted in excitement about the idea. 

According to Pinkvilla reports, Farah Khan has developed a concept in which Shah Rukh might play two opposing parts. The actor is said to have been impressed by this concept. The objective is to increase the entertainment value as well as the emotional impact.
