Naagin 7: Isha Malviya Bags Lead Role in Ekta Kapoor's Upcoming Show?

Naagin has consistently been a popular serial. Mouni Roy starred in the first season of the show, which debuted in 2015. The TRPs were excellent, and it was a huge hit. The audience gave the act their full support, and Mouni received praise for her role. Mouni was the main character in the second season, which was considerably more popular. After this, the supernatural genre gained a lot of notoriety. Actresses Nia Sharma, Surbhi Jyoti, Jasmin Bhasin, Hina Khan, Adaa Khan, Anita Hassanandani, Tejaswi Prakash, and Surbhi Chandna, among others, later joined the show as Naagins.

After taking a hiatus from this series, Ekta Kapoor just announced Naagin 7, fulfilling everyone's wishes. The next Naagin in Ektaa Kapoor's spooky thriller series is probably going to be Isha Malviya. Isha, who has starred in Bigg Boss 17 and Udaariyaan, is reportedly in negotiations with the producers and could soon be cast in the role, according to a production insider.

Naagin 7 gets it new lead?

A source revealed, “Isha is indeed in talks with the makers of Naagin, and things are looking positive. She is likely to get finalized soon. The makers of the show are said to be confident in Isha’s acting skills, which they believe will bring a fresh perspective to the iconic role. Isha has already proven her acting chops in her previous shows, and we believe she has the potential to take the Naagin franchise to new heights."

She announced on Instagram that Naagin 7's development had begun. She did not disclose the name of the main actress or any other specifics regarding the show. Since then, numerous rumours regarding the show's potential new lead have surfaced. Surbhi Jyoti, Pearl V Puri, Anita Hassanandani, and Rajat Tokas were among the cast members of Naagin's third season, which debuted in 2018.

For the fourth season in 2020, the cast and the show's name were both altered. The fourth season, which was titled Naagin: Bhagya Ka Zehreela Khel, featured Vijayendra Kumeria and Nia Sharma. Naagin 4, however, fell on the TRP charts after failing to replicate the charm of the first two seasons. Naagin's fifth season, which ran from August 2020 to February 2021, starred Mohit Sehgal, Sharad Malhotra, and Surbhi Chandna.
