One of the most anticipated films is Bhool Chuk Maaf, starring Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi. Promotion for the movie has been going nicely. The group has engaged in a number of intriguing marketing initiatives. On May 9, the film was supposed to hit theatres. However, the creators have now made a significant choice.
They have made the decision not to release it in theatres. The makers made this decision as a result of the growing hostilities between India and Pakistan. The makers of Bhool Chuk Maaf, which stars Rajkummar Rao and Wamiqa Gabbi, have chosen to release the film directly to over-the-top (OTT) rather than through a theatre due to the growing tensions between India and Pakistan and the heightened security measures in place across the country amid Operation Sindoor.
Bhool Chuk Maaf Release Postponed:
The film will now be available on Amazon Prime Video on May 16. Regarding the same, the producers issued a statement. The press release said, "In light of recent events and the heightened security drills across the nation, we at Maddock Films and Amazon MGM Studios have decided to bring our family entertainer, Bhool Chuk Maaf, directly to your homes on May 16, only on Prime Video, worldwide. The spirit of the country comes first, even if we were excited to celebrate this movie with you in the theatres. JAI HIND."
Additionally, the press shows that were supposed to take place today in Delhi and Mumbai have been cancelled. In addition to Seema Pahwa, Sanjay Mishra, and Raghubir Yadav, Bhool Chuk Maaf is directed by Karan Sharma. The film tells the narrative of Ranjan, a man who is excitedly anticipating his wedding day with Titli, his love. However, he finds himself caught in a cycle of time where he wakes up each day to discover that it is his haldi ceremony.
