Dhurandhar 2 is one of the most anticipated movies of 2026. The teaser for Dhurandhar 2 is anticipated to be released alongside the theatrical release of Border 2. Bollywood Hungama was informed by a source that the same was true. The source revealed, "The idea is to replug the release date in the minds of cinema-going audiences. Dhurandhar 2 is confirmed for an Eid 2026 release. The teaser will re-establish the date with some newer visuals."
The source explained that because Dhurandhar 2 and Border 2 are both patriotic movies, the producers hope to profit from the sentiment. Adding further, "The new cut of teaser from the end-credits of part one will be out digitally too, after a premiere on the big screen. For the beginners, it is a big screen exclusive."
On January 23, 2026, Border 2 is set to open in theatres. Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan, Diljit Dosanjh, Sonam Bajwa, Ahan Shetty, Mona Singh, Anya Singh, and Medha Rana are the main actors in this Anurag Singh-directed and JP Dutta-produced film. It is anticipated that Dhurandhar Part 2 would identify Bade Sahab. Additionally, the audience is eager to see if Aditya Dhar can truly combine the worlds of Uri and Dhurandhar in the second instalment, which is slated for release on March 19.
