Watch! Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor gets cosy and intimate in a new ad

For a new advertisement, the real-life couple Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor have teamed up on screen. Before he transforms their house into a cosy theatre, Alia confided in Ranbir that they had "no nightlife" while they displayed a brand's blackout drapes. The two then dance to Badtameez Dil, his song from the 2013 movie Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani, while Alia sets up a lively party atmosphere.

Alia looked agitated and said, "We have no nightlife," as Ranbir executed a yoga pose in their brightly illuminated home. He responded, "Pardon me! The original night owl is (I)." In order to create a "pitch dark" atmosphere for their "movie night" during the day, he then pulled back the blackout curtains.

After an irate Alia expressed disapproval of Ranbir's concept of "nightlife," we saw the two dancing together at their private party for two, complete with glittering disco balls. "Ise kehte hai nightlife (This is what you call nightlife)!" she exclaimed, finally looking happy. "Thak gaye night owl (Are you tired)?" she asks him after they have spent a long time dancing. With a "Itna bhi nahi (Not so much)... pitch dark," he draws her to him.

Raha, Alia and Ranbir's daughter was born in November 2024, a few months after they were married in April 2022. Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Love & War will feature Ranbir and Alia together. Vicky Kaushal is also in the movie, which is scheduled for release in 2025.

Alia's most recent picture was Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani, while Ranbir was last seen in one of the biggest hits of 2023, Sandip Reddy Vanga's Animal. She is currently preparing for Jigra's release, in which Vedang Raina co-stars. In addition, Ranbir is developing a trilogy of films based on the Hindu epic Ramayana.
