On Monday, actor Salman Khan paid a Ganpati Darshan at the residence of Maharashtra minister Ashish Shelar. On social media, a number of images and videos of the actor attending the puja surfaced. In a video, the actor was seen asking Lord Ganesha for blessings while standing barefoot in front of the temple. With his hands folded in prayer, he accepted tika (a mark on the forehead) and prasad. He also posed for pictures after accepting a picture frame from Ashish.
Salman was seen with tight security, bodyguards, and a convoy of automobiles. Salman dressed for the event in a checkered shirt and blue jeans. On X, Ashish shared photos from the occasion with Salman. In Marathi, he wrote, "Actor Salman Khan visited our Bandra West Public Ganeshotsav Committee's Ganpati for darshan."

Salman and his family said goodbye to Lord Ganesha just last week with dhols, singing, and emotional customs. In a very intimate event, the actor posted a video to Instagram showing the family members taking turns carrying Bappa prior to the immersion.

Salman last appeared opposite Rashmika Mandanna in the action drama Sikandar, directed by AR Murugadoss. His next role will be that of an Indian Army soldier in the Battle of Galwan. The 2020 confrontations in the Galwan Valley served as the inspiration for Apoorva Lakhia's film.
