After a lengthy absence from Tehran, John Abraham is back in action. This August, the action thriller will make its big digital premiere after ending its theatrical run. Maddock Films, a well-known producer of horror comedies, takes a bet in Tehran, and the teaser has already generated excitement. Tehran, directed by Arun Gopalan, delves deeply into the world of spies and is based on some real-life occurrences. It depicts a violent confrontation between Israel and Iran that seems very real.

John Abraham's direct-to-OTT film release is quickly approaching, while Hrithik Roshan and Jr. NTR's War 2 is teeming with anticipation for its August 14 theatrical debut. Tehran is a geopolitical action thriller that will be available for streaming on OTTplay Premium and ZEE5 on August 14. The film, which is supported by Dinesh Vijan's Maddock Films, tells the story of an abandoned spy in a foreign country and is based on true events.

Watch Tehran on OTT:

John Abraham, Manushi Chhillar, Neeru Bajwa, Hadi Khanjanpour, Madhurima Tuli, Adam Karst, Allon Sylvain, and Ido Samuel are among the cast members of Tehran. Chhillar portrays S.I. Divya Rana, while Abraham portrays ACP Rajiv Kumar. Supported by Dinesh Vijan, Sandeep Leyzell, and Shobhna Yadav, the movie is based on the Russo-Ukrainian War and actual events.

The story was adapted by John Abraham from actual occurrences. The film would include events that we have seen and experienced, from the attacks on Parliament House in Delhi, India, to the Iran-Israel conflict. The idea of a spy gone rogue has captured the attention of viewers in both War and Tiger. Both films, which were portrayed by Salman Khan and Hrithik Roshan, respectively, are currently included in the YRF Spy Universe. John tries his own take on spy-gone-rogue with Tehran, and it's definitely worth a shot.
