IPL 2025: Rajasthan Royals Make 'Pink Promise' on Women's Day, Unveil Special Jersey for MI Clash

In honour of International Women's Day, the Rajasthan Royals unveiled a stunning all-pink uniform for their eagerly awaited Pink Promise Match in the Indian Premier League 2025. The Royals Pink Promise will keep assisting Rajasthan's women-led change. The Rajasthan Royals will host the Pink Promise Match against the Mumbai Indians at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur on May 1, 2025, taking this pledge to the highest level possible.

To support women-led projects, the Royal Rajasthan Foundation, the CSR division of the Rajasthan Royals, released a marketing video called "Aurat Hai Toh Bharat Hai." Additionally, the Royals will donate Rs 100 for each ticket bought during the RR vs. MI game to support women-led rural development in Rajasthan.

Additionally, RRF will directly benefit from all sales of the exclusive all-pink Royals jersey in order to fund its social impact programs. Additionally, the Rajasthan Royals and RRF have agreed to use solar energy to light up six homes in the Sambhar district for every six hits made by either team during the game.

Regarding the initiative, Rajasthan Royals Cricket Director Kumar Sangakkara stated, “Through ‘Pink Promise’, we strive to create a lasting impact—not just on individuals, but on their families and communities, inspiring change that ripples far beyond. Last year, we witnessed firsthand how this initiative transformed lives, and that is something we hold deeply. As a team, we take immense pride in being part of this journey, spending meaningful time at the foundation to truly understand the work being done. ‘Pink Promise’ is more than a campaign; it is a cultural commitment that shapes our values and defines the standards we stand for.”
