Alzarri Joseph, the star pacer for the Windies, has returned from suspension and is eligible to play in the final three Twenty20 International series against England with the West Indies. The Windies have suffered a setback with Joseph's participation, though, since star all-rounder Andre Russell is sidelined for the series because of an ankle sprain.
In recent days, Russell provided an update on his injuries, and as a result, he will miss the next three games. West Indies has signed Shamar Springer to the team in lieu of the all-rounder. During the recent Sri Lankan tour, Springer made his debut.

Cricket West Indies (CWI) said in a statement, “Alzarri Joseph, having completed his two-match suspension, will rejoin the squad in Saint Lucia for the crucial final leg of the series, replacing Shamar Joseph."
Alzarri returns to the team following his two-match suspension in the second change. The bowler recently stormed off the field after a disagreement with ODI captain Shai Hope during the third and final match of the 50-over series. He was banned for his acts, and he has now fulfilled it.
It's interesting to note that after arguing with captain Shai Hope and leaving the game midway through, Joseph was given a two-match ban by the Cricket West Indies (CWI). Joseph will, however, be hoping for better performance and better behaviour now that his ban has been lifted and he has publicly apologized for the incident.
The Windies batted first and scored 158 runs in the first innings of the second Twenty20 International between the West Indies and England, which took place on November 10. England won for the second time in a row thanks to a knock of 83 runs by Jos Buttler.
