However, PF officials have confirmed that he was not involved, and the processes are still ongoing. Regarding the issuing of an arrest order against him in relation to an alleged fraud involving Employees' Provident Fund (EPF) deposits, Robin Uthappa has finally spoken up.

Robin Uthappa drops his side:

Uthappa made it clear that he was not actively involved in any of these businesses as an executive. He made this statement on Sunday in response to a letter sent to the Bengaluru Police by the Employees Provident Fund Organization (EPFO), which is a division of the Union Ministry of Labour and Employment, asking for help in obtaining an arrest warrant.

In a letter appeal to the Inspector of the Pulikeshi Nagar police station in Bengaluru, Regional PF Commissioner-II and Recovery Officer RO K.R. Puram Shadakshara Gopala Reddy asked for assistance in carrying out the arrest warrant against Robin Uthappa. According to PF Commissioner Reddy, Robin Uthappa is the director of M/s Centaurus Lifestyle Brands Pvt Ltd, a Bengaluru company based in Indiranagar. The company has neglected to pay Rs 23.36 lakh in damages under Sections 7A, 14B, and 7 Q of the EPF and MP Act, 1952.

Robin Uthappa and his family have moved to Dubai and are staying there. Although Uthappa says he was not accountable for the claimed inconsistencies, the arrest warrant stems from his affiliation with the firms listed.
