Karthik, Rashid, and Jos Join Forces in Abu Dhabi T10 League 2024

A number of cricket celebrities, including Dinesh Karthik, Jos Buttler, and Rashid Khan, have committed to the 2024 Abu Dhabi T10 competition. While the Deccan Gladiators signed Marcus Stoinis and Jos Buttler, respectively, the Bangla Tigers signed Khan and Karthik.

Karthik is eager to give it his all in the competition after retiring from both Indian and international cricket. He recently registered for the SA20 2025 and the Legends League 2024. In addition, Royal Challengers Bengaluru appointed Dinesh Karthik as their new mentor and batting coach for the 2025 Indian Premier League.

In addition to Karthik, Josh Little and Shakib Al Hasan will also be joining the Tigers. The CEO of Abu Dhabi Cricket & Sports Hub, Matt Boucher, recently spoke out regarding the forthcoming season. He expressed his excitement about bringing elite cricket to the public for another season.

According to ESPNcricinfo, Boucher stated, "The 2024 Abu Dhabi T10 has flourished since we brought the competition to the UAE capital, and we are thrilled to present again another elite lineup. The Abu Dhabi T10, which is about to hold its sixth edition in the emirate, has played a significant part in making that vision of the government a reality. Abu Dhabi is becoming a global centre for sport."

A new three-year broadcast agreement with Disney Star, which will provide wide coverage in English and regional languages throughout India, adds to the excitement. The competition, which will take place at the storied Zayed Cricket Stadium until 2028, will conclude on the 53rd National Day of the United Arab Emirates. It runs from November 21 to December 2.
