The military has successfully fought back from the vicious attack in Pahalgam, which claimed the lives of numerous innocent residents in the region, and has successfully executed Operation Sindoor, using precision missiles to kill 70 terrorists in Pakistan Occupied Kashmir (PoK) on Wednesday.

In response to the Pahalgam terror assault, which claimed 26 lives, former cricket players Gautam Gambhir, Aakash Chopra, and Pragyan Ojha praised the Indian armed services for their national service. In addition to Chopra and Ojha, Varun Chakravarthy, a spinner for the Kolkata Knight Riders, posted the Indian army's "Operation Sindoor" photo on his Instagram account.

Indian Cricketers Unite Amid Operation Sindoor:

Some northern airports were shut down following the strike, including Dharamshala, where the Punjab Kings (PBKS) will play their next two home games. This may have caused some travel problems for teams participating in the IPL 2025. Nonetheless, the cricket community has expressed gratitude and admiration for the operation that destroyed some of the area's most significant terrorist sites. After seeing the horrific scenes of the attack that left everyone in ruins, some well-known and renowned figures in the cricket community have congratulated and complimented the military for the successful mission.

The Punjab Kings' (PBKS) upcoming home games will be held at the HPCA Stadium in Dharamshala. However, given the current situation and the airport's closure, it may be necessary to postpone or move the games to a different location in the future. PBKS vs. Delhi Capitals, scheduled for Thursday, May 8, and the first game of the doubleheader against the Mumbai Indians, scheduled for Sunday, May 11, were the matches that the HPCA was supposed to host.
