Aaron Jones, a batter from the United States, is accused of five charges of violating the anti-corruption rules of the ICC and Cricket West Indies (CWI). The majority of the allegations are related to the Bim10 competition that took place in Barbados in 2023–2024, which is covered by the CWI Anti-Corruption Code. Two additional charges are related to international matches, which are covered by the ICC Code.
In the BIM10 league in Barbados in 2023–2024, Jones was allegedly involved in match-fixing. Jones was accused by the ICC of five violations of both the ICC's and Cricket West Indies' (CWI) anti-corruption regulations. Jones has been suspended from all forms of cricket with immediate effect (as of January 28, 2026) and has 14 days to address the charges, according to an ICC statement. Jones, who was born in New York, grew up performing in Barbados with artists like Jason Holder and Shai Hope. Jones played against Rovman Powell and Nicholas Pooran in his early years.

Jones was added to the USA's tentative roster for the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2026, which will start on February 7 in India and Sri Lanka. Jones, who was born in New York, has represented the United States in 52 ODIs and 48 T20Is. In the first match of the 2024 T20 World Cup, he scored an undefeated 94 from 40 balls to help the United States defeat Canada. That year's Associate men's cricket performance was one of the best. In November of last year, he made his final appearance in the Abu Dhabi T10 league.
Jones has been accused under the CWI Code of failing to reveal methods to engage in corrupt behaviour, failing to comply with a reasonable inquiry by the designated anti-corruption officer, and fixing or attempting to fix aspects of matches in the Bim10 tournament.
