Virat Kohli, the former captain and batting mainstay of Team India, gave Kevin Pietersen a remarkable gift and many priceless memories when he returned home from India. During England's white-ball tour in India, the former England great, who oversaw broadcasting responsibilities, enjoyed a touching moment with his son, Dylan.

After the India-England ODI series ended, Virat Kohli showed his affection for Dylan, the son of former England captain Kevin Pietersen. Pietersen posted a photo of his kid wearing the valuable memento on Instagram after the former India captain gave Dylan a signed Indian jersey.

Virat Kohli wins hearts:

Kevin Pietersen posted a touching image of Dylan sporting a limited-overs Indian jersey that was signed by Kohli on social media. He acknowledged his supporters by telling them how thrilled his son was to get Kohli's unique shirt. Additionally, he explained that it was perfectly sized, akin to a batter's cricket gloves. Pietersen highlighted his son's excitement in the caption of his photo, he wrote, "Got home and gave @dylanpietersenphotography a gift from @virat.kohli and it goes straight on! Fits like a glove. Thanks, buddy!"

During their ODI series against India, England easily defeated the Indians 3-0. On February 6, during the first game in Nagpur, Kohli and Pietersen had a fun moment together on the sidelines, having a spirited chat that made the crowd grin.

Notably, analysis panellist Kevin Pietersen was unreserved in his criticism of England's formation—or lack thereof. While on TV, Ravi Shastri expressed his dissatisfaction by pointing out that England did not adequately prepare or train. Later, the renowned English batter took to Twitter to criticize the team's reckless attitude. He also questioned the team's dedication to the game by mentioning Joe Root as the only player to have a net session after the Nagpur match.
