On Sunday, December 15, India and Pakistan competed in the ongoing U19 Women's Asia Cup at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval in Kuala Lumpur. The 17-year-old Sonam Yadav was the highlight of India's outstanding performance. India's outstanding bowling assault immediately put pressure on Pakistan when they came in to bat first. With a knock of 24 off 32, Pakistani opener Komal Khan was her team's top scorer.
Pakistan chose to bat first, however they were unable to withstand Sonam Yadav's 4/6 to reach 67/7 in 20 overs. G Kamilini's 29-ball undefeated 44, which included four fours and three sixes, won the victory for India in just eight overs after they lost opener Trisha G in the opening over of the reply. India's next match is against Nepal on December 17.

It's interesting to note that Yadav rejected individuals like Zoofishan Ayyaz, Areesha Ansari, Ravail Farhan, and Maham Anees. Her spell helped the India women's U19 team keep their opponents to a low score. Despite having a poor start with opener G Trisha out for a duck, India easily defeated the target of 68 runs, which was their aim. Nonetheless, India women won the match easily because to the last goals of G Kamilini and Sanika Chalke.
G Kamilini goes out to hit Quratulain for a six over deep mid-wicket as India attempts to end the match early. U-19 IND-W 62/1 (73). India scores a massive over of 15 runs. When G Kamilini enters the game against Rozina Akram, he smashes India's first six. IND-W U-19 54/1 (7)
As India chased down the mark in just 7.5 overs and won the match by nine wickets, Kamilini recorded an undefeated 44 off 29 with four fours and three sixes, while Chalke scored an undefeated 19 off 17 with three boundaries. India's next opponent after defeating Pakistan is Nepal, who they will play on Tuesday, December 17 at the Bayuemas Cricket Oval in Kuala Lumpur. However, on December 16 at the same location, Pakistan will play Nepal.
