The ace cricket players of the Indian team have won medals for their skilful fielding following their exceptional win against Bangladesh in the Test series.

In a memorable ceremony, fielding coach T. Dilip honoured the team's finest fielders, capping India's 2-0 series win over Bangladesh. Mohammed Siraj and Yashasvi Jaiswal shared first place. The southpaw hitter Jaiswal was awarded the Best Fielder, and the speed demon Siraj was named Impact Fielder of the Series. 

Following the end of the Test series, the fielding medal was awarded again in accordance with tradition. Fielding coach T. Dilip could be seen presenting the medals in a video that the BCCI posted on social media. The players who were nominated for the medal were Mohammed Siraj, KL Rahul, Rohit Sharma, and Yashasvi Jaiswal. Jaiswal and Siraj were declared the joint winners.

While sharing the video on their official social media handle, BCCI captioned the post as, “Dressing Room BTS, Impact Player of the Series. Sharp grabs, one-handed catches, and terrific fielding remained constant throughout the #INDvBAN series,” If you missed the viral video on your timeline, then have a look at it below.

The Indian team produced a commanding game, exemplified by Yashasvi Jaiswal's outstanding take in Chennai and Kanpur and Rohit Sharma's incredible one-handed grab. Other stars like Mohammed Siraj, KL Rahul, and Virat Kohli made some amazing efforts to make quick catches and stop boundaries and runs from flowing.

It's also important to remember that India will play New Zealand in a three-game Test series at home soon after the T20I series ends. The first Test will begin on October 16 and will be hosted by Bengaluru, Pune, and Mumbai.
